The Sackler Faculty of Medicine of Tel Aviv University seeks an outstanding candidate to fill a tenure-track faculty position. The position is available beginning October 2015. The candidate should hold a Ph.D and/or M.D degree and post-doctoral training in the field of bioinformatics.
The successful candidate is expected to carry out an independent competitive research program, combined with high level teaching in medical and graduate school programs. The recruited scientist must have an established computational research record, and a substantial portion of their research agenda must be in developing and utilizing state-of-the-art bioinformatics methods to advance the paradigm of personalized medicine.

(1) Curriculum vitae with list of publications.
(2) Research summary including: past projects, current (including unpublished work) and proposed research programs. Should not exceed 3 pages.
(3) A teaching statement based on courses taught at the medical and graduate schools of the Sackler Faculty of Medicine.
