מחקר

לד"ר מרגלית פדה, מרצה בחוג לריפוי בעיסוק, יש ניסיון קליני של 21 שנים, בטיפול בילדים עם איחור התפתחותי וקשיים בתפקוד, ומתבגרים ומבוגרים עם ליקויי למידה והפרעות קשב וריכוז. המחקרים בהם ד"ר פדה מעורבת קשורים באוכלוסיה זו  ונובעים מקשיים העולים מהשטח וזקוקים לפיתוח.

 

מחקרים בהם מרגלית הייתה והינה מעורבת כמנחה או כחוקרת הינם: פיתוח כלי הערכה לבדיקת תפקודים קוגניטיביים של ילדים עם ליקויי למידה; אפיונים קוגניטיביים ורגשיים של מתבגרים עם ליקויי למידה; הערכת תוכנת מחשב לטיפול בהפרעות קשב וריכוז; בדיקת הקשר בין מבחני נייר ועפרון הבודקים תפקודים ניהוליים וזיכרון לבין תפקוד במטלה יומיומית ועוד.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

 

1999-2004  :     Tel Aviv University, Faculty of Humanities, school of education – Graduate student “Doctor of Philosophy. Following approval of thesis: " Functioning Aspects and Specific Difficulties among Adolescents with Learning Disabilities: Cognitive, Emotional and Coping Characteristics". Under Supervision of Professor Malka Margalit.

1995 - 1998 :    Hebrew University of Jerusalem, medical school - Graduate student, Masters of Science in Occupational therapy (OTR, M.Sc.). Title of master's thesis: Differences between children with and without learning disabilities in Spatial Orientation and Motor Planning using the DOTCA – CH. Under supervision of Professors Naomi Katz and Shula Parush.

1993 - 1994 :       Israeli-neurodevelopment therapists association

Graduate student - Course of Normal and Abnormal development of the child.

1989 - 1992 :      Tel Aviv University, Sackler Faculty of Medicine

Graduate student - First degree in Occupational Therapy (B.O.T).
