הפקולטה למדעי הרפואה והבריאות ע"ש גריי באוניברסיטת תל אביב מזמינה חוקרות וחוקרים מצטיינים להצטרף לסגל האקדמי ולהוביל מחקר חדשני ופורץ דרך בתחומי מדעי החיים והרפואה.
אנו מחפשים מועמדות ומועמדים בעלי חזון מדעי עצמאי, הישגים מחקריים מוכחים ופוטנציאל להובלה מדעית ארוכת טווח. הפקולטה מעודדת מחקרים פורצי דרך המשלבים גישות ניסיוניות, חישוביות ובין־תחומיות, ומציעה סביבת מחקר המאפשרת שיתופי פעולה רחבים עם חוקרים מתחומי הרפואה, מדעי החיים, ההנדסה והמדעים המדויקים, ועם גורמים קליניים ומרכזים רפואיים.
אנו מחפשים מועמדות ומועמדים בכל הדרגות האקדמיות. המשרה היא תקנית ובמסלול לקבלת קביעות בתום תקופת ניסיון. המשרה המוצעת היא בהיקף 100% ומיועדת לקליטה בחודש יולי או אוקטובר 2027.
תיאור התפקיד
מקבלי המשרה יידרשו ליזום, לפתח ולהוביל תוכניות מחקר חדשניות כראשי מעבדות ניסיוניות ו/או חישוביות, לשתף פעולה עם עמיתים, להנחות תלמידי תואר שני ושלישי ולקחת חלק בהוראה.
תחומי ההתמחות כוללים אך אינם מוגבלים לנושאים הבאים:
ביולוגיה תאית, ביולוגיה התפתחותית, פיזיולוגיה, פרמקולוגיה, פתולוגיה, גנטיקה, גנומיקה ,רפואה מותאמת-אישית ורפואה חישובית, ביוכימיה, מיקרוביולוגיה, אימונולוגיה, נוירוביולוגיה תאית ומולקולרית, רפואה רגנרטיבית, ביו-ננוטכנולוגיה, ביואינפורמטיקה, ביולוגיה חישובית, מדעי נתונים רפואיים ובינה מלאכותית ברפואה.
דרישות התפקיד
על המועמדים להיות בעלי תואר Ph.D או M.D+Ph.D .
נדרשת הכשרה בתר-דוקטורית בתחום הביולוגיה, הרפואה או תחום משיק.
נדרשים:
- הישגים מחקריים מוכחים המתבטאים בפרסומים משמעותיים בכתבי עת בינלאומיים מובילים.
- יכולת לפתח ולהוביל תכנית מחקר עצמאית.
- יכולת הוראה מצוינת.
- יכולת הנחיה והכשרה של תלמידי ותלמידות מחקר.
המועמדים/ות צפויים להוביל תוכנית מחקר עצמאית, לגייס משאבי מחקר תחרותיים ולהשתלב בקהילה המחקרית הבינלאומית.
על המועמד/ת להמציא:
- קורות חיים בהתאם להנחיות באתר הפקולטה - קישור לפורמט הגשה *יש להקפיד על הגשה בפורמט המתאים, לא יתקבלו קורות חיים שיוגשו בפורמט שונה.
- רשימת פרסומים - הנחיות
- מסמך קצר (עד 5 עמודים) המסכם את הפעילות המחקרית עד כה.
- תוכניות מחקר עתידיות (עד 3 עמודים).
- מסמך קצר (עמוד אחד) המפרט את תחומי ההוראה בהם יוכל המועמד/ת להשתלב, בהתייחס לתחומי ההוראה הנלמדים במסגרת הפקולטה לרפואה.

The Gray Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences at Tel Aviv University invites outstanding researchers to join its academic faculty and lead innovative and groundbreaking research programs in the life sciences and medicine.
We seek candidates with an independent scientific vision, demonstrated research achievements, and the potential for long-term scientific leadership. The Faculty encourages pioneering research that integrates experimental, computational, and interdisciplinary approaches, and provides a research environment that fosters broad collaborations with researchers in medicine, life sciences, engineering, and the exact sciences, as well as with clinical partners and medical centers.
We are seeking candidates at all academic ranks. The position is a tenure-track faculty position, with the possibility of tenure following a probationary period. The position is full-time (100%) and is expected to begin in July or October 2027.
Position Description
Successful candidates will be expected to initiate, develop, and lead innovative research programs as heads of experimental and/or computational laboratories, collaborate with colleagues, supervise M.Sc. and Ph.D. students, and participate in teaching activities.
Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to:
Cell biology, developmental biology, physiology, pharmacology, pathology, genetics, genomics, precision medicine, computational medicine, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, cellular and molecular neurobiology, regenerative medicine, bionanotechnology, bioinformatics, computational biology, medical data science, and artificial intelligence in medicine
Position Requirements
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or M.D.+Ph.D. degree.
Postdoctoral training in biology, medicine, or a related field is required.
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Proven research achievements reflected by significant publications in leading international scientific journals.
- The ability to develop and lead an independent research program.
- Excellent teaching abilities.
- The ability to mentor and train graduate students.
Candidates are expected to lead an independent research program, obtain competitive research funding, and participate in the international scientific community.

- List of publications according to these guidelines.
- A brief document (up to 5 pages) summarizing previous research activities.
- Future research plans (up to 3 pages).
- A brief document (one page) describing teaching areas in which the candidate could contribute, with reference to courses taught within the Faculty of Medicine.
- Three (3) letters of recommendation (*) from the doctoral advisor, postdoctoral advisor, and an additional recommender.
