גיוס סגל אקדמי בכיר בחוג לסיעוד לשנת הלימודים תשפ"ה

החוג לסיעוד בביה"ס למקצועות הבריאות, הפקולטה לרפואה באוניברסיטת תל אביב מבקש לאייש משרת סגל בכיר במסלול המקביל  (מורים), בדרגת מורה או מורה בכיר, בהיקף של 100%.

• המשרה היא תקנית, במסלול המקנה קביעות בתום תקופת הניסיון בהתאם לנהלי האוניברסיטה.
• העסקה מיועדת להתחיל בסמסטר א' של שנת הלימודים תשפ"ה (אוקטובר 2024).

תיאור תפקיד

המועמד.ת ידרשו לבצע הוראה ברמה גבוהה בחוג, להיות שותפים פעילים במטלות החוג, לנהל תכניות לימודים בחוג, לבסס עבודה עצמאית בשיתוף עמיתים  בייזום והטמעה של תכניות לימודים חדשות ולקחת חלק בוועדות החוג.

דרישות התפקיד

• המשרה פתוחה למועמדים/ות אחים/אחיות בהכשרתם/ן, בעלי תואר Ph.D..
• ניסיון מוכח בהוראה.
• ניסיון בניהול תכניות לימוד, יתרון.
• ניסיון במחקר ופרסומים מדעיים, יתרון.

על המועמד/ת להמציא

•      קורות חיים בהתאם להנחיות באתר הפקולטה⁽*⁾

• מסמך קצר (עד 3 עמודים) המסכם את הפעילות ההוראתית והאקדמית עד כה. במסמך יש לפרט את תחומי ההוראה בהם יוכל המועמד/ת להשתלב בהתייחס לתחומי ההוראה הנלמדים במסגרת החוג לסיעוד.
• המועמד/ת יפנה/תפנה לקבלת חוות דעת מ- 3 ממליצים אשר יכולים להעיד על היכולות המקצועיות ויכולות ההוראה. עדיפות להמלצות מהמנחה לדוקטורט והמנחה לפוסט דוקטורט (למי שהכשרתו כוללת לימודים אקדמיים אלה). הממליצים מתבקשים למען את מכתבי ההמלצה ישירות ליו"ר ועדת החיפוש של ביה"ס למקצועות הבריאות באמצעות דוא"ל: relis@tauex.tau.ac.il

 Senior Faculty Position at the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, Tel Aviv University

 For the academic year 2024-2025

The Department of Nursing, School of Health Professions at the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, seeks an outstanding candidate to fill a teaching faculty full-time position (100%) at the level of Teacher or Senior Teacher.

Job description

Successful candidates are expected to carry out high-level teaching in the department, be involved in the management of study programs in the department, establish independent work in cooperation with colleagues in creating and implementing new teaching curriculums, and take part in the department’s committees.

 Job requirements

• The candidate must be a registered nurse and hold a Ph.D.
• The applicant must have previous academic teaching experience.
• The candidate must have an excellent record in teaching skills.
• Experience in managing study programs, is an advantage.
• Experience in research and scientific publications, is an advantage.
• The position is available beginning October 1, 2024.

• A teaching summary (not exceeding three pages, including references).
• Teaching statement based on the spectrum of courses currently taught at the Department of Nursing.
• Previous teaching evaluations (if any).
• Three letters of reference (preference from Ph.D. advisor/s) should be sent directly by the referees addressed to: Chair, Search Committee of the Department of Nursing, Tel Aviv University, Israel.
