Longevity
Healthy Longevity Science & Healthspan Medicine
The course will introduce physicians to the principles of healthy longevity medicine, a field focused on shifting from reactive disease management to preventive, personalized, and data-driven healthcare. It will review the mechanisms of aging, biological and functional biomarkers, and methods for identifying and preventing health decline at its earliest stages.
Participants will explore the aging processes of key bodily systems—including the cardiometabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and hormonal systems—and their long-term impact on human health. Additionally, the course covers tools for implementing lifestyle medicine, encompassing nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management.
Emphasis will be placed on the utilization of advanced technologies, such as biological aging clocks and AI, to generate an accurate, continuous profile of an individual's health.
Finally, participants will engage in case-based learning, developing the capacity to make proactive, ethical, and long-term clinical decisions
